Suspension Rubber Bushes also referred to as Bushing is a vibration isolator made of rubber, polyurethane or other materials which serves as an interface between two parts while absorbing some of the energy produced by their interaction thus minimizing and limiting the transmission of noise and small vibrations to the vehicle. Bushings are used to minimize the effects of noise and vibration in automotive parts like shock absorber mountings, anti-roll bars, double wishbone suspensions, gear sticks etc. Rubber compound being one of the critical ingredients of Rubber Bushing is produced inhouse and tailormade in Sigma’s own Rubber Mixing Mill as per varied customer and product requirement and monitored batchwise under the strict supervision of qualified Rubber Technologists to ensure quality conforming to OE or OE equivalent standards.
